Refunds for Products
Please choose carefully when shopping at our online store as refunds of original purchase price less shipping & handling are only given on undamaged or unopened goods returned within 14 days.
Return damaged products within 14 days to - PO Box 1027, Mt Ommaney, Qld, Australia 4074 for exchange.
Refunds for Training
In the case of training events or seminar bookings, a full refund will be made under any of the following conditions:
- A refund request is received in writing by Soarent Vision no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the event to which it applies
- The event is cancelled by Soarent Vision
Refunds and Currency
Refunds are only paid in Australian dollars, and refunded onshore by cheque or offshore by telegraphic transfer at the prevailing currency exchange rate.
Soarent Vision Pty Ltd is not liable for any variance from the foreign exchange rates fluctuations.
American Express Credit Cards
A fee of 2.5 percent will be added to cover the cost of credit card fees incurred when a customer pays by AMEX for any services or products, including those pre-quoted.
Complaints and Appeals
If you have a complaint regarding the service provided or an appeal regarding the assessment conducted, you will be required to submit your complaint and/or appeal in writing to the RTO Coordinator for review.

Transfers and Cancellations
Soarent Vision reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrolments or as a result of circumstances beyond its control. Notification of cancellation of any program will be made as early as practical and include a full refund.
Transfers of programs may be made without charge up to 14 days prior to course commencement. Transfers within 14 days of a program commencement will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
No transfers will be made for a transfer request made after event dates have passed.
Access and Equity
Soarent Vision offers a range of support services to ensure that you achieve your goals. These include learning support via phone or personal tutoring. Soarent Vision will attempt to meet any special requirements or needs of the client as deemed appropriate.
Mutual Recognition (Certified Units of Competency for AQF Accredited Courses / Qualifications)
Accredited qualifications / statements of attainment issued by other Registered Training Organisations will be recognised accordingly.
Recognition of Prior Learning (AQF Accredited Courses / Qualifications)
If you think that you possess the competencies developed through some or all of the units in any AQF certified course offered by Soarent Vision, you may make application for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL acknowledges skills, knowledge and experience gained through formal education, working experience (informal training) and life experience.
