‘Why am I giving it away for free?’
The main reason is this. Traditional approaches to leadership, business execution and business improvement do not work today. Some 80 percent of companies will fail to generate the kind of returns they desire with their improvement initiatives. Most business leaders today are slowly driving themselves to an early grave in trying to (a) get behaviour change to stick, and (b) realize greater earnings in an increasingly complex and competitive environment.
A shift in thinking about change leadership, business execution and business improvement will drive better returns - and that helps our industry.
