This is a short introduction where the goal is to get you to start to think differently about business leadership as it applies today. (this is not an essential component for certification)

Advanced Lean Six Sigma for Master Black Belts (minimum 3 days of external training)

All MBBs must undertake some form of external training in advanced skills of Lean and Six Sigma as deemed relevant to their particular organisation's needs. All training of this nature will be considered in the process of certifying the respective MBB.

C302 - The Most Effective Leader on the Planet

This is the foundation leadership event! It is designed to coach individuals to attain much higher levels of self mastery and create leaders who model levels of personal effectiveness that clearly separate them from the pack. It sets the individual participant up to understand and be able to apply some of the most innovative leadership tools developed in the last decade and is a VITAL element in the learning process.

Certification Requirements

To be certified as a MASTER BLACK BELT by Soarent Vision, these are the requirements you must meet.

1. You are certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, either by Soarent Vision (Advanced Diploma) or at a standard the equivalent of Soarent Vision certification
2. You complete Parts 1 through 5 listed above (read more about our Academy of Process Mastery here)
3. You demonstrate your competency in the skills of influential and persuasive leadership covered in the program
