Lean Six Sigma (Business Improvement) Certification

3 Levels of Certification

1. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt plus Diploma in Business Improvement Leadership (AQF Course Code: 30897QLD)
2. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt plus Advanced Diploma in Business Improvement Leadership (AQF Course Code: 30898QLD)
3. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt

How To Obtain Qualifications

These are the various ways you can go about obtaining formal qualifications through Soarent Vision, depending on whether or not you have already been trained as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. These methods involve either participation in Soarent Vision's training programs, or participation in an open certification process.

Level 1 - LSS Green Belt / Diploma in BI Leadership

1. Successfully complete Soarent Vision's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Diploma Training program: or
2. Through a process of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Level 2 - LSS Black Belt / Advanced Diploma in BI Leadership

1. Successfully complete Soarent Vision's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Advanced Diploma Training program; or
2. Through a process of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Level 3 - Master Black Belt

1. Successfully complete Soarent Vision's Master Black Belt Development Program.; and
2. Hold formal certification as a Black Belt (at least to the equivalent standard of Soarent Vision's Black Belt qualification)

Nationally Recognised Diploma and Advanced Diploma Qualifications

The Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications are issued under the governance of the Australian Qualifications Framework.

The full Advanced Diploma qualification is the equivalent of an Associate Degree or 2/3 of a Bachelor Degree. It requires the participant to complete the Diploma qualification PLUS the Advanced Diploma qualification - a total of 23 units of competency.
