This LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT component from Soarent Vision's ACADEMY OF PROCESS MASTERY layers on the final technical pieces required for higher level mastery of the methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma. With a strong focus on the effective utilisation of quantitative decision making processes, the participant will become a reference point for more sophisticated application of Lean and Six Sigma methods.

National Recognition

Yes, participants who have ..

1. successfully complete all relevant units of competency, and
2. who hold the Diploma in Business Improvement Leadership qualification,

.. will receive an Advanced Diploma in Business Improvement Leadership. Accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework, it is the equivalent of two thirds of a Bachelor Level qualification.

Successful students will also receive a formal Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) qualification.

1. Diploma is a pre-requisite for entry into the Advanced Diploma qualification
2. The courses detailed in this Black Belt component are stand alone and can be undertaken without Green Belt Training in advance
3. Certification must be completed within 12 months of the final module of training
