The program used by companies around the world is designed to enable project leaders to accelerate the transition of stakeholder behaviours from a current state to a desired state through application of proven psychological principles, processes & tools for:
- Extracting innovative ideas and building consensus on decisions through effective facilitation.
- Understanding and managing team dynamics to maximise group productivity.
- Evaluating commitment to change and developing plans for engaging stakeholders.
- Utilising the ‘drivers of behaviour’ to overcome inertia.

Transition to Application
On the fourth day of coaching, participants bring the pieces together in a practical consolidation exercise.

Tickets to this event are valued at $3,080 per person. If you purchase your tickets greater than 1 month in advance, seats are discounted by 20 percent.

In-house Delivery
This course is delivered by only a select group of educators, those with the skill and experience to both teach the content and demonstrate its application in the real business world. A standard daily rate (POA) plus GST, travel, accommodation and materials is applied to this 3-day course. A minimum of 8 and maximum of 32 participants is required for in-house events.
