| This 1-day course defines the importance of the role that a Business Improvement Project Champion plays, and their responsibilities in accelerating the success of Lean or Six Sigma projects. Specific focus is given to the process of selecting and leading projects as a champion in a way that maximises the potential for success. |
| Continual Improvement for Process Owners |
| This 2-day course defines the importance of the role that a Process Owner plays in continual business improvement, and their responsibilities in accelerating the success of business improvement projects. Specific focus is given to the importance of defining and meeting customer requirements, managing variation and not individual data points, and effectively chartering improvement projects. |
| Change Mastery for Business Leaders |
| The Change Mastery for Business Leaders program provides delegates with an 8 step model and toolkit for effectively leading organisational change. Delivered over a period of 3-days, delegates take an active role in learning and apply the skills of effective change leaders relevant to their role as a business leader. |
| Change Mastery for Team Leaders |
The Change Mastery for Team Leaders course comprises a number of elements including – Facilitation Fundamentals and Change Leadership.

| Six Sigma Fundamentals |
This 4-day course in Six Sigma methodology is focused on improving core organisational processes by addressing variation issues in order to meet and exceed customer requirements. This course teaches the application of fundamental Six Sigma methodology within the DMAIC improvement project framework. When combined with the Lean Thinking course, this provides a comprehensive toolkit for rapid improvements in almost any situation.
Participants wishing to gain Black Belt level competencies will need to complete the Quantitative Decision Making course (Advanced Six Sigma Statistics). |

| The 2-day Systematic Problem Solving course provides participants with the missing piece in most business improvement education - a strategy and tools for rapidly solving ‘special cause event’ type problems. |

This stand-alone course was specifically designed to bridge the statistical analysis gap between a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Delegates undertake all work with a software package (either MINITAB or SigmaXL can be selected for in-house training) that is extremely versatile, and offers tremendous functionality in all areas of statistics |
| Trainer Development Course |
| This leader / trainer / mentor enhancement program comprises 3 outstanding days of coaching in how to rapidly accelerate learning and behaviour change in a training environment. The skills learnt go beyond the traditional technical elements of training; they focus on how people feel, how they learn and how participants can really tap into the power of both to become a tremendously influential coach to any person.
