Review George Lee Sye's book PROCESS MASTERY WITH LEAN SIX SIGMA

Dear Mr. Sye, I came across your name, company and website while working with the folks at Minitab, and reviewing books that included Minitab software. As you might imagine, we don't see a lot of Six Sigma publications originating in Australia. However, truly GOOD books on Six Sigma are hard to find and I am constantly searching for perfection. Might I recommend to you Mikel J. Harry's recent book entitled PRACTITIONER'S GUIDE TO STATISTICS AND LEAN SIX SIGMA FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS, published by John Wiley & Sons, ISBN 978-0-470-11494-0 (cloth) released in 2010. I write book reviews for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) working with their editor and publicist Paul O'Mara.
