Harry is totally passionate about pushing the boundaries of improvement using both ‘technical’ methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Systematic Problem Solving etc) and ‘people’ oriented methods (Facilitation, Mentoring, Change Leadership etc).

His considerable experience in areas of ‘change leadership’, ‘facilitation’, and the application of ‘Lean and Six Sigma’ tools and processes has been developed through his association with a range of large consulting firms and his work with organisations such as NAB, Sun-Microsystem, BHP Billiton, Canon, Telstra and Bank of New Zealand.

Harry has been particularly successful in teaching students from Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, South Africa, Papua New Guinea and Thailand; all with English as their second language.

With a range of experiences in different cultures, a myriad of industries and at all levels of corporate leadership, Harry Sinko brings a great deal of experience to our training team.

With a depth of experience in quality and business improvement methodologies, John spent 13 years as an executive in several domestic and globally focused companies. During this time, John successfully implemented and managed best practice initiatives in Six Sigma, Lean, Business Excellence, Cost Reduction, Benchmarking and Integrated Management Systems.

John is passionate about business excellence and was the driving force behind the implementation of business excellence principles into a 1st tier automotive supplier, resulting in Gold Award recognition in the Australian Business Excellence Awards.

In addition to the hands-on application of business excellence, John is a long-standing member of the Australian Business Excellence Evaluator panel, having evaluated organisations in a range of industries including Manufacturing, Government, Education, Emergency Services, Health, Ports and Aerospace.

John’s primary focus is on guiding clients on their excellence adventure through the assessment and implementation of best practice global leadership and management systems.
