Is my company too small for Lean Six Sigma?

No it is not.

If you have a business that makes money through using repetitive processes (production, manufacturing, sales, service etc), you can use Lean and Six Sigma to improve the way you do business.

The only issue you have is whether or not you can generate sufficient value from those improvements to warrant your investment in coaching or facilitation.

It is much easier for a company with revenue of $100 million to achieve a return than for a company with revenue of $1 million, there’s no doubt about that.

Small companies are more likely to either employ somebody with the necessary Lean Six Sigma skill or access public training to upskill someone in the business.
