How big a gap can we have between doing the MELP seminar and the Business Execution workshops?

We recommend that the gap is no longer than 1 month, but preferably over the course of a two-week period with a single weekend in between. We don’t want it so long that those involved start to dilute the new process of planning with the old or traditional process of team meetings and conversation.

Nor do we want it so short that we no have time to let what is learnt in the MELP seminar sink in. Within 28 days is ideal.
