Why don’t we do these events in-house at the plant or the office?

Our preference is to undertake this off-site for a number of important reasons.

• Less interruptions from day-to-day operations
• Less chance of people being called away
• When the mind of participants is on work, they are not focused which means it will be very difficult to make a real mental shift – participation in the whole process is vital to success
